Board of Directors

Bayard Plowman is Chairman of the Board of the company and the Bank. Mr. Plowman is also a member of the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce, served as President of the Chamber in 1960, belongs to the Rotary Club, the American Legion, the Missouri Savings Loan Commission and the Elks.

Donald M. Bastian has been a practicing attorney since 1989. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bastian was a certified public accountant. he is the owner of Mark Twain Area Title Insurance Company and Marion County Abstract, with offices in Hannibal and Palmyra, Missouri. Mr. Bastian is a member of the Missouri Bar, Treasurer of the Northeast Missouri Development, a member of the Hannibal LIONS Club, and a founding director of the Hannibal Community Foundation.

Michael Bukstein, M.D. is President and CEO of Hannibal Clinic Inc. and is a General Surgeon. Dr. Bukstein is President of Northeast Missouri Ambulatory Surgery Center Board of Directors, President of Northeast Missouri Anesthesia Services, Medical Director of the Cancer Center and board member of the Hannibal Clinic Service Corporation and JCA Board. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Missouri State Medical Association, and other medical and surgical organizations.

William H. Craigmiles is President of Big River Oil Company, DB Gray, and Fowler Oil Company. Mr Craigmiles is a board member for bboth Hannibal Regional Hospital and Camp Oki-Tipi. He is a member of the Hannibal Industrial Development Board, the Chamber of Commerce, and the LIONS Club. He is a past member of the Mark Twain Home Board and the YMCA Board.

Tom R. Dorsey, D.V.M. is the owner of the Hannibal Veterinary Clinic and practices veterinary medicine in Hannibal, Missouri and the surrounding area. He is a member of the Hannibal Booster Club, the Hannibal LIONS Club, and the Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dorsey is also a member of the American Veterinary Association and the Missouri Veterinary Association, and serves on the Veterinary Technician Committee.

Alvin (Spike) Ehrhardt is President of Ehrhardt Properties Land Development Company and its hotels, restaurants, and leasing properties. Mr. Ehrhardt is Past President of the Hannibal Evening Kiwanis Club and Past President of the YMCA Board. He is a member of the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce, the Knights of Columbus, and Holy Family Church.

Charles (Chase) Hickman is a self employed attorney in Hannibal, Missouri. He is also the City Attorney for the City of Palmyra. Mr. Hickman is President of the Camp Oki-Tip Board and President of the Hannibal Free Public Library Board. He is a member of the Mt. Olivet Cemetery Board, and is Past President of the Hannibal YMCA Board.

Howard Hickman is a self-employed attorney in Kirksville, Missouri for the past 27 years. Mr. Hickman currently serves on the Board of K-Life Ministry and is a past board member of the Kirksville YMCA.

Jack Martin is a retired State of Missouri Professional Engineer, and a retired general contractor. Mr. Martin is President of the Hannibal Industrial Development Organization, and a member of the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Martin currently does some consulting work for Waste Connections, Inc. in Tacoma Washington.

Stevens Plowman is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank. Active in the community, Mr. Plowman is on the Board of Directors for Hannibal Regional Hospital and is a member of the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce, he served as President of the Chamber in 200, and is a member of Rotary.

Paul Richards is a partner in Wade, Stables, PC and is a Certified Public Accountant in Hannibal, Missouri. Mr. Richards is a board member of the Hannibal Community Foundation, and the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce. He is President of the Holy Family School Board, and a member of the LIONS Club.

Bill Sharp is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MCM Savings Bank from June 2003 to September 2006. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of The First National Bank in Sikeston, Missouri since 1989. Prior to that, he was President of Hazen First State Bank in Hazen, Arkansas, and Arkansas State Bank in Clarksville, Arkansas. Mr. Sharp is an acitve member of LIONS.

Phillip Smith is the President of Smith Funeral Home located in Hannibal, Missouri. Mr. Smith is a member of the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce, and served as President in 1977. He is a member of Hannibal Evening Kiwanis, the International Order of the Golden Rule, and is an elder at First Christian Church in Hannibal.

Gordon Spilker is a self-employed farmer in Hannibal, Missouri. He is the Past President of the Board of Public Works, and is the Vice President of Northeast Missouri Grain Processors, Inc. Mr. Spilker is President of Northeast Missouri Development Authority, and serves on the Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority.

Lee John Viorel, Jr. is the Marion County Collector. Mr. Viorel is currently a Board member of the Salvation Army and a past board member of the Cancer Society. Mr. Viorel has served as President of the Holy Family School Board. Mr. Viorel is a member of the Early Bird Kiwanis, and a board member of the Hannibal Nutrition Center. Mr. Viorel is also a member of the Eagle Scout Review Board, and the Hannibal Arts Council.
